Agreement to Terms
By using the services of HomeBound Rosemead Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting our towing or roadside assistance services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
HomeBound Rosemead Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Rosemead, CA and surrounding areas.
We make every effort to provide prompt and professional service. However, response times may vary based on factors including weather conditions, traffic, driver availability, and distance from your location. Estimated arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided and may change if the actual situation differs from what was described.
If your vehicle is towed to our storage facility, daily storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle promptly to avoid accumulating storage charges.
Vehicle Owner Responsibilities
You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before or during the towing process. While we take precautions to secure vehicles during transport, HomeBound Rosemead Towing is not responsible for items left inside vehicles.
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition when requesting service. Failure to disclose important details such as modifications, damage, or mechanical issues may affect our ability to safely tow your vehicle and could result in additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
HomeBound Rosemead Towing carries appropriate insurance coverage for our towing operations. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that occurs due to the condition of the vehicle itself.
If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, you must report it to us immediately upon delivery. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of service completion.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's time and fuel costs. The amount will depend on how far the driver has traveled.
Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left in our storage facility for more than 30 days without contact from the owner may be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the vehicle owner before taking further action. After the appropriate waiting period required by California law, we may exercise our legal rights to dispose of abandoned vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the actual cost of our services or the actual documented damage to your vehicle, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, lost wages, rental car costs, or other economic losses.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
